TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS:

To ensure your preferred time and service is available we do advise a booking is made in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome. 


ARRIVAL TIME: 

We kindly request that our clients arrive on time for appointments to ensure we can honour your appointment. As a courtesy to all of our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment.


CANCELLATIONS:

At VISO we operate on a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy in order for us to accommodate the high demand for appointments. As a courtesy to our clients and practitioners, we ask that appointments made directly with VISO are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours' notice. 


Failure to notify VISO within this time will result in the loss of your appointment and deposit fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. 


LATENESS POLICY: 

We kindly ask all clients to give us as much notice as possible if you are running late to your appointment to avoid any fees.


We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and things may happen that could cause you to be late however, this has a huge impact on the running of the clinic and our other clients.


VISO operates at a 15-minute discretion from your scheduled appointment time. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to honour your appointment. Please note in the event of late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment.


THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS:

At VISO we value our staff and our team is trained to the highest standard to act in a polite and professional manner towards our valued customers. We do not tolerate any form of rudeness or disrespect towards the VISO team. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel that a customer is acting in this manner. VISO reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this. 


LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY:

We kindly ask our clients to look after their property while at VISO clinics as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended or damaged.
